Supporting all the paths of health, yoga provides a place for me to come to clear my mind, exercise my body, and rejuvenate my hearts on a journey towards an overall wellness. I first started doing yoga to seek the exercise my body was craving. During that exercise I discovered, not only how it was benefiting my body internally, but how it was benefiting my personal time with God. I seek to dedicate my time to God in my personal practice and while I’m teaching. I have been practicing yoga for two years, and gained my certification in August 2007 through the National Yoga Alliance Teacher Training. My main focus of teaching is Vinyasa, but I also enjoy yin, hatha, Iyengar, prenatal, gentle and kids yoga. I always leave my practice with a sense of peace, and hope that others would love to share in that with me.
